These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 6wine ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 6wine online casino and sports betting platform available at 6wine.org.

By creating an account on 6wine, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 6wine platform.

6wine reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

In order to register and maintain an active account on 6wine, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. Age will be verified during the KYC process prior to the first withdrawal. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• The Player must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction of residence.
• The Player must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 6wine, nor a close family member of any such person.
• The Player must hold only one registered account on 6wine. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• The Player must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of 6wine is lawful in their jurisdiction.

6wine reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account suspension pending verification.

To register a player account on 6wine, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. All registration information must be truthful and must reflect your actual personal details. 6wine uses this information to verify your identity, process your transactions, and comply with applicable platform obligations.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and actively monitor. This address will be used for account communications, password resets, and important account notifications.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that is registered in your name. This number is used for two-factor authentication and for SMS-based verification during withdrawals.
• KYC verification is mandatory before processing a first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence). 6wine may also request proof of address or payment method ownership.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate. If any registration detail changes (such as your mobile number or email address), you must update your account information promptly. 6wine bears no liability for communications sent to an outdated address or number on file.

Your 6wine login credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 6wine will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. Any account access arising from your disclosure of credentials to a third party is your sole responsibility, and 6wine shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact 6wine support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 6wine may temporarily suspend your account while investigating a suspected security breach.

All financial transactions on 6wine are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 6wine, though individual payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 6wine does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. Any fees imposed by the payment provider are the player's responsibility.
• 6wine accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Players must only deposit using payment accounts held in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability.
• KYC verification must be completed before a player's first withdrawal request is approved. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals may only be made from real-money account balance. Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and are not included in the withdrawable balance.
• 6wine reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts. Processing will be paused pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.

6wine does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. The platform is not responsible for any fees charged by the receiving bank or mobile money provider. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings in their jurisdiction of residence.

6wine offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement as stated at the time of the offer. The rollover multiplier and eligible games will be clearly specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are ring-fenced from the real-money balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Once satisfied, the resulting balance is transferred to the real-money account and becomes withdrawable.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account. If a player deposits while a bonus is active, the new deposit will be credited to the real-money balance and will not trigger an additional bonus unless explicitly stated in the active promotion.
• 6wine reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise assign a bonus to another account will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

6wine does not guarantee the availability of any particular bonus or promotional offer at any given time. Promotions are offered at 6wine's sole discretion and may be targeted to specific player segments based on account history or activity.

All games available on the 6wine platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Game rules, return-to-player percentages, and volatility ratings are determined by the respective game provider and are the responsibility of that provider. 6wine does not alter, modify, or interfere with game outcomes.

• Slots and crash game outcomes are generated by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) engines operated by the respective game provider. These engines are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with published RTP values.
• Live casino game outcomes (roulette results, card draws in blackjack and baccarat, dice outcomes) are determined by physical game elements operated by human dealers in real time on camera. Results are not generated electronically.
• Sports betting odds are set by 6wine's odds compilers and are subject to change prior to the start of any event. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted at the displayed odds, those odds are locked for that bet.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication interruption during a game round or bet, 6wine will use available system logs to determine the fair and correct outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet or game round may be voided and stakes returned.

Any malfunction of gaming software voids all pays and plays associated with that malfunction. 6wine is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a software malfunction, provided that the malfunction is recorded in system logs and investigated in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6wine platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts on the platform, whether under your own name, a false identity, or through proxies or third parties.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, loopholes, or misconfigured game settings to generate winnings that would not occur under normal game operation.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity. 6wine is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including sharing hole cards in live poker, coordinated roulette betting, or any other form of coordinated play designed to exploit the platform.
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transaction claims as a mechanism to recover funds that were legitimately wagered and lost on the platform. Chargebacks against legitimate 6wine transactions will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

6wine monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in the immediate freezing of an account pending investigation. 6wine's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

6wine reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, or has provided false identification documents during the KYC process.
• The account holder is found to be operating multiple accounts on the platform, whether in their own name or through proxies.
• 6wine suspects or has evidence that the account has been used to conduct money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or other criminal activity.
• The account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion or voluntary account closure. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 6wine's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent activity, exploitation of bonuses, or criminal conduct. 6wine will provide written notification of the reason for closure where required by applicable obligations.

6wine is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players to assist in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform. Session limits may be updated from account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the 6wine platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, 6wine will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.

6wine collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players during registration and KYC in order to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, comply with applicable obligations, and provide customer support. All personal data is handled in accordance with the 6wine Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By using 6wine, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 6wine, subject to any overriding legal obligations that require 6wine to retain such data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6wine's total liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 6wine expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Losses arising from a player's gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sports betting results, or bonus play.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, even if 6wine has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit 6wine's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6wine reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects a player's rights or obligations under these Terms — 6wine will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the 6wine platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a player does not agree to the amended Terms, they should cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players in Bangladesh are advised that it is their responsibility to determine the lawfulness of their use of online gambling platforms and to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 6wine regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account matter, the player should first contact 6wine's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. 6wine will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days. If a player is unsatisfied with 6wine's resolution, they may pursue any remedies available to them under applicable law.
